Don’t be fooled by the cellar-like, underground interior – this French restaurant in Kraków is absolutely phenomenal. We had the best meal in Kraków by far. I started with a goat cheese salad and had sea bass for the main course, and even though I was full, I couldn’t resist the cheeseboard afterwards. Every dish was truly out of this world. As if the food wasn’t enough, the service from Sławomir was exceptional. Our glasses were always full with amazing French wine, our table was immaculate, and yet his service was discreet and elegant – truly flawless. This experience was the highlight of our trip, and we are already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend for anyone seeking incredible food, impeccable service, and a memorable evening in Kraków! ~ Jo J

Nous y sommes allée car c’étais recommandé dans le guide du routard. Nous cherchions quelque chose de sympathique dans le quartier historique sans que ça soit trop touristique. Nous avons été agréablement surpris. Cadre très mignon(dans une cave très bien décoré), serveur très gentil et cuisine soigné. Obsługa jest na niesamowitym poziomie, płynnie przechodzi na język angielski, zawsze na miejscu, praktycznie nie da się wypić do końca bo cały czas dolewaja. Jedzenie pyszne,lokal bardo ładny, co prawda ja dość długo czekałem na starter ale być może było to spowodowane tym ze byliśmy tam w większej grupce. Miejsce bardzo eleganckie, wykwintne. Jedzenie podane bardzo estetycznie, wszystko było pyszne :) Pan kelner bardzo pomocny. Duży plusik za małą porcję dodatkowego dania dla jednej z osób (w trakcie kiedy jedna z osób nie zamówiła przystawki). Zdecydowanie mogłabym polecić każdemu! Jednak ceny są bardzo wysokie, przez co nieosiągalne dla sporej części ludzi. ~ Barbara

Na prawdę super. Byliśmy na kolacji z fine bite. Mieliśmy kolacje 3 daniową i 3 różne wina. Obsługa świetna, opiekowała się nami, pan kelner zawsze pytał czy wszystko smakuje i potrafił polecić świetne danie. Na prawdę warto spróbować kuchni w tej restauracji. Restauracja na wysokim poziomie, poczynając od eleganckiego Pana który nas obsługiwał, po klimatyczne miejsce kończąc na bardzo smacznych daniach. Cały obiad przebiegał w miłej atmosferze, a to dzięki oczywiście kelnerowi który miał poczucie humoru i świetnie nam doradzał oraz opowiedział o historii tego miejsca 👌 Pyszne Dania, desery oraz wina 🍷🍇 Z przyjemnością wrócę do tej restauracji. ~ Bartosz K

Cyrano de Bergerac jest "pewniakiem" jeśli chodzi o świeżość potraw, czystość i ogólne podejście do konsumenta. Wykwintne dania serwowane w tej restauracji mają swoją cena ale przekłada się ona na jakość i oryginalny smak. Uważam że Cyrano jest jedną z lepszych restauracji w Krakowie ze względu na wypracowany i utrzymywany przez lata wysoki poziom serwowanych dań i kultury obsługi klienta! POLECAM!!!!!! ~ Bartosz S

Ładne i klimatyczne miejsce. Obsługa na wysokim poziomie, skuteczna i profesjonalna ale nienachalna. Tatar z jelenia to prawdopodobnie najlepszy tatar jaki jadłem kiedykolwiek, przegrzebki dobre i sprężyste z odpowiednimi dodatkami. Polędwica Wellington doskonała, mięso przyrządzone w punkt a sos i dodatki perfekcyjnie dobrane. Na desery zabrakło miejsca więc trzeba będzie jeszcze raz wpaść! ~ Kamil W

Excelente restaurante francés. Buena materia prima y una buena mano combinadas con un bello entorno y una atencion excelente hacen de este restaurante uno de los mejores de Cracovia. Selección de vino destacada en la guía Michelin (eso si sobretodo francés). El precio con vino está entre 120 y 180 zlotys. Recomiendo el Solomillo de ternera tártara con yema de huevo ahumada y caviar Y el Wellington. ~ Gonzalo

Hemos cenado y hemos sido atendidos realmente bien. Desde el pan con mantequilla pasando por un delicioso fois gras y un salmón cortesía del chef, siguiendo con lomito a la Wellington 🥇y un exquisito halibut con mejillones llegamos a la suave creme brulee para terminar de deleitarnos. Todo acompañado de un Cote Du Rhone que se dejó colar estupendamente. Ambiente A1. Felicitaciones a tan agradable lugar. ~ Maria T

Top 5 best restaurants I've ever been to. Not only was the food amazing as many other reviews have pointed out, but the ambiance inside the restaurant is extremely refined. You are dining in a wine cellar with arched ceilings and exposed rock and brick all around. It's perfect for a romantic candle-lit dinner but they also have a larger room for groups as well. We had oysters to start, which were delicious and came with a unique sauce but they were huge (size 2) so I could see them being polarizing. Then my wife got the lobster and I had the turbot, both of which were perfect. Finally, the chocolate fondant was thick and goey, perfect ending. ~ Jordan M

Dining in lovely surroundings and outstanding professional service! The waiter who served us during this wonderful dinner is one of the most professional waiter we have ever met! He makes this dinner to one of the most memorable ever! The underground location in an old brick cellar is just stunning and has a lovely warm feeling. We had starters, main and dessert. The main menu was deer medallions with black lilac and blackberries and entire lobster with cognac sauce for my wife – both tasted delicious! To the lobster our professional waiter recommends a chardonnay from Uruguay(!) and it was one of the best chardonnay we have taste ever! The service, the staff, the food, the wine - the whole feeling was great! I would highly recommend this place for a high-quality meal! NB: Book ahead as it obviously has a good reputation! Genialne miejsce! Obsługa bardzo profesjonalna, uprzejma, dobrze znająca menu Podczas 4-osobowej kolacji spróbowaliśmy kilkunastu dań - żadne nie zawiodło. Widać, że każde jest przygotowane ze starannością i pomysłem. Największym zaskoczeniem dla kubków smakowych było piernikowe ravioli, polecam! Wnętrze bardzo klimatyczne, duży wybór win. We went to Cyrano de Bergerac for our summer holiday in Krakow, and out of all the good meals we had that week, this was the best one! The restaurant is very cosy with its grotto-like atmosphere, and candles romantically lit up all the tables. The service was great, with the server being very attentive and sweet. The food was absolutely amazing! I had the lobster bisque as a starter, and my partner had the sweetbread. We both had the beef Wellington for the main, and it is the best beef Wellington I have ever had! I can still remember how good it was, and I hope to go to Krakow again soon just to eat here again. Overall, it was a great night with great food and staff, and we would absolutely recommend it and would love to visit Cyrano de Bergerac again. We also recommended it to some of our friends who travelled to Krakow recently, and they also loved it. ~ Madeleine N

The meals were exquisite- they had a great depth of flavour and represented good value for money. It may be considered expensive for a local but coming from the UK, this restaurant seemed like excellent value for money. We were provided with a small amount of complimentary tuna fish before our meal. It was a small touch, but a valuable part of the experience. Our service was faultless, and our waiter was knowledgeable, fluent in English, and very attentive. The building is magnificent to behold; being set mostly underground, the narrow corridors, alcoves and arches lit by tabletop candles create a romantic and intimate feel. Bardzo elegancka restauracja. Obsługa bardzo miła i kompetentna. Dbają o klienta nie będąc przy tym nachalnymi. Wystrój bardzo nieprzytlaczajacy. Jednak największym plusem restauracji jest oczywiście jedzenie. Spróbowaliśmy małże św. Jakuba, Szafranowe Ravioli z kaczka, Policzki wołowe, Polędwiczki z dzika, Fondant i Creme Brulee. Erittäin hyvä "klasssinen" ruoka. Liha hyvin valmistettua, ainakin lampaan potka ja sisäfile oli erittäin pehmeää. Annokset hyvän kokoisia ja hinta suomalaiselle erittäin huokea. 2 henkeä söi 100€ laadukasta ruokaa alusta loppuun alku drinkein ja viini pullon kera. Wspaniałe przeżycie kulinarne. Dania były naprawdę doskonałe, obsługa kelnerska na najwyższym poziomie. Trochę spóźniłem się z wystawieniem opinii, więc nie przypomnę sobie już dokładnie całej gamy przeżyć, ale to co mam w pamięci, to że na pewno kiedyś wrócę do tego miejsca z przyjemnością. ~ Grzegorz Ż

We went there for late lunch around 3 on Saturday almost had the restaurant for ourselves except later on a couple came. It was really pleasant experience. All orders came beautifully and tasty! I recommended to get their Tenderloin Beef Wellington, it was perfectly cooked (medium), tender-apparently stole the show-the veal tasted less tender compared to the beef. We had quail egg-beef tartare for appetizer , super delicious, with ravioli duck. Our sweet ending was profiteroles. The waiter was attentive. Amazing ambiance-kinda romantic. Price was not cheap but its all worth it. Definitely coming back when we are in Krakow ~ shelly m
